Partwell Ultra Krazi Glue has been specially formulated as a low viscosity slight gel adhesive to provide an instant bond with all die ejection materials. It is ideal for use on rotary dies and where instant bonding is preferred.
Trials have demonstrated the following:
- Excellent bond strength
- Rapid bonding times
- Reduced chemical reactiveness on materials being bonded (does not embrittle plastics and rubber)
- Excellent adhesive performance with difficult materials including Vulcan rubbers
