The SERVIFORM TACTO machine has been designed to suit die makers that require almost immediate availability of male embossing tools for Braille.
The TACTO machine operates by obtaining data from CF2 or DXF files to quickly produce male tools for the cutting die. It uses pre-cut steel pieces from 12mm to 62mm, therefore can produce embossing tools from one to six lines, the length of the line is unlimited, the text is limited to 35 characters.
All of the punching/cutting operations are performed by a pneumatic cylinder while the measuring, scribing and shift operation are performed using CNC. The whole machine structure has been conceived to create a device which can be also used in an office environment.
