Die Cutting
Die Cutting Plates and Jackets are fitted to press cylinders and beds in die cutting and creasing applications.
Hardness available: Standard Hard (140HV), Xtra Hard (220HV), Super Hard (320HV)
Available to suit machines: Heidelberg 'S', Heidelberg 'SB/SBG', Heidelberg 'SBD' and others upon enquiry
Cylinder Jackets are fitted to the litho impression cylinder as standard to protect the cylinder on many high quality sheet-fed offset printing presses. It absorbs minor damage during printing without damaging the cylinder.
