Suitable for use on manual, semi-automatic and automatic drilling machines, providing optimum drilling performance and durability.
The inside and outside diameters are treated with a special abrasive compound to provide a smooth surface finish, reducing resistance as the drill passes through the paper.
Drill bits are manufactured from Standard HSS Steel and the following surface treatments are available on all drill bits:
Tungsten Carbide Detonation long life drill for drilling heavy board or recycled papers.
Teflon Coated reduces frictional heat build up when drilling light plastic laminated work.
Titanium Coated ultimate hard wearing drills for heavy boards, recycled papers and laminated materials.
